• All public GrooveVault channels are free to listen to and use. Simply click the shared channel link to start listening instantly.
• Attribution is not required. You are not obligated to credit the channel creator or GrooveVault when listening privately or sharing the channel link with others.
• Giving credit to the artist is required if you use the music in a public venue, event, broadcast, or any setting where the music is heard by an audience beyond yourself.
• Donations to the artist are always appreciated. If the music moves you, consider supporting the creator directly — it helps them keep making great music.
• You can play, pause, skip, seek, and shuffle any public channel using the built-in player — all controls are available to every listener at no cost.
• You can share the public channel link freely with anyone — friends, family, colleagues, or your online audience. Sharing is always encouraged.
• You can listen on any device — desktop, phone, or tablet — using any modern web browser or the GrooveVault mobile app, with no additional setup required.
• You are welcome to create your own GrooveVault account at any time and start building your own public or private music channels to share with the world.
• Songs marked “Buy Song” can be purchased from the artist. Payment goes straight to the artist through Stripe — GrooveVault takes 0% — and the song is yours to play and download from My Purchased Music.

Respect the creator and the platform.

• Do not download, copy, or extract the audio or video content from any public channel unless you have purchased that song. A purchase is a personal licence to play and download it; the tracks belong to the channel owner or the original rights holders.
• Do not redistribute, re-upload, or republish any tracks from a public channel to another platform without the explicit permission of the channel owner.
• Do not use any tools, scripts, or bots to scrape, automate, or mass-access public channel content from the GrooveVault platform.
• Do not attempt to access, modify, or interfere with the channel owner’s account, settings, or track list in any way.
• Do not use shared channel links in a way that violates copyright law — for example, playing a channel publicly in a commercial setting without the appropriate performance license.
• Do not claim ownership of any channel, track, or content that belongs to another user or creator.
• Do not use the public channel listening experience to circumvent a required subscription — listener access is a sharing feature, not a substitute for a GrooveVault account.
